Menus are custom created or taken from existing WICKEY menus for customers to serve easily at home or office. WICKEY will creatively prepare your menu as requested to your desired preference and forward by e-mail for approval; set-up on disposable platters, foil pans or microwavable pans, label, and cover with clear film for easy identification; include fresh herbs, garnishes, edible flowers, and printed heating and serving instructions and provide timely delivery to your residence or office.
WICKEY ~ To Go menus ~ Personal Chef Style ~ will contain descriptions, ingredient identification where applicable, heating and serving instructions with plating and plate garnishing instructions. The menu is prepared and plattered on appropriate disposables, labeled, and accompanied by the printed instructions at the time of delivery.
The responsibility of the host will be to heat, plate, garnish, and serve to guests, with the first course available within fifteen minutes from the time of delivery. Your menu is delivered to you par cooked or mis en place to enable you ~ the client ~ to finalize the a la minute serving of the menu in a matter of minutes and presented with high quality restaurant presentation at home at a fraction of the price of an evening out at a restaurant accompanied by your high quality wines and your beautiful china, silver, and glassware.
WICKEY will provide a chef and/or server for the evening should you want to be totally a guest at your dinner party.
Should you require any special rentals: i.e. Glassware, Chafing Dishes, Food Warmers, Silver Cutlery, Cloth Hemstitch Napkins, etc., WICKEY Will include for you, deliver, and then pick-up after your event.
Custom Menus are created to your individual preferences with the utmost regard for: menu content, menu design, budget, special menu requests, overall event theme, venue orientation, service orientation, and guest appeal.
